Where does my order ship from?

Our products are shipped directly from our supplier in Asia. This is how we're able to keep prices affordable. Delivery to the US typically takes 10–20 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched (2–5 days after purchase), you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update in the carrier's system.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, please email us with your order number. We'll investigate with the supplier and work toward a resolution.

My product arrived damaged. What now?

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage. We review each case individually and will work to find a fair solution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched by our supplier (within the first 24–48 hours after purchase). After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Is the lick mat safe for my pet?

Yes. PawCalm is made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone. It is safe for dogs and cats. Always supervise your pet during use.
