Our products are shipped directly from our supplier in Asia. This is how we're able to keep prices affordable. Delivery to the US typically takes 10β20 business days.
Once your order is dispatched (2β5 days after purchase), you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update in the carrier's system.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, please email us with your order number. We'll investigate with the supplier and work toward a resolution.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched by our supplier (within the first 24β48 hours after purchase). After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
