We want to be fully transparent: PawCalm products are shipped directly from our suppliers in Asia. This means delivery takes longer than local stores, but allows us to offer quality products at a better price. Please read this page before placing your order.

Processing time

Once you place your order, it is forwarded to our supplier for preparation and dispatch. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before the item is shipped.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method used by our supplier. Below are estimated timeframes for the United States:

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs and import duties

Your order ships internationally. Depending on your country's regulations, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, please contact us at contacto@catawebdesign.com and we will investigate with the supplier. We will work to find the best resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.
